It was named after a young woman from Fort Worth who was brutally murdered by a sexual predator. The law gives police better tools to identify and capture sexual predators before they commit more heinous crimes. Her daughter Molly Jane, a young woman from Fort Worth, had been brutally murdered by a sexual predator. This individual had been accused of sexually assaulting women in the past.
